$85 to $90 on W2 Shifts Available: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Schedule:
5 days/week, 40 hrs/week
Job Summary Pride Health is seeking
Pharmacist I
professionals for a contract opportunity. The Pharmacist will support medication preparation, clinical review, and patient education while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. This role requires strong clinical judgment and the ability to float across multiple specialty areas.
Key Responsibilities Accurately dispense medications in compliance with departmental policies and safety standards. Provide pharmacological guidance to physicians, nurses, and care teams. Monitor drug therapies and offer evidence-based dosing and therapeutic recommendations. Educate patients on medication usage, adherence, side effects, and interactions. Support chemotherapy preparation (Chemo Prep Required). Float as needed across
Critical Care, Pediatrics, Oncology, Transplant, Medicine, and Cardiac
areas. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all pharmacy activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate from an
ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy . 0–2 years
of experience as a licensed Pharmacist. Strong knowledge of formulary and non-formulary medications. Excellent clinical communication skills with diverse patient populations. Ability to interpret patient-specific data (age, weight, kinetics) when making recommendations.
