What You’ll Do Prepare & dispense medications accurately and efficiently Provide key pharmacological insights to multidisciplinary care teams Monitor & optimize patient drug therapies Guide safe, evidence-based medication use through therapeutic recommendations Handle formulary & non-formulary inquiries with confidence Educate patients on dosing, schedules, interactions, and side effects Uphold strict departmental, safety, and compliance standards

Skills & Strengths We’re Looking For Proficiency in sterile medication preparation & dosing calculations Strong clinical decision-making & pharmacokinetics knowledge Effective communication with both patients and healthcare providers Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced hospital environment High adaptability — comfort floating across multiple high-acuity units

Required Experience CHEMO PREP experience (USP
/ ) – Required Ability to float across:
Critical Care, Pediatrics, Oncology, Transplant, Medicine, Cardiac 0–2+ years
as a licensed Pharmacist (hospital experience preferred) Graduate of an
ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
