About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Business Development to lead strategic growth and development initiatives within its oncology practice alliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the network's reach, fostering partnerships, and driving overall strategy to support the organization's mission of delivering exceptional patient-centered cancer care. This executive leader will oversee commercial operations, identify opportunities for expansion, and define a strategic pipeline for growth. A key aspect of the role is to collaborate with marketing and communications on branding and marketing strategies, as well as with corporate development on identifying and evaluating potential new practices and partnerships. The VP will also be tasked with setting sales targets, developing production and sales goals, and leading a team to ensure the organization's monetary health.

Applicants for the VP of Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years' experience in an executive strategy and development role, particularly in the healthcare industry. The role requires a proven track record in strategic and business development, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong understanding of oncology, including healthcare regulations and treatment modalities. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, financial background, and experience in leading and managing diverse teams.
