The
Strategic Development Leader
(SDL) will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM)
by advancing patient monitoring solutions
that improve outcomes, enhance patient experiences, and optimize clinical workflows. Your role: Develop and execute a 5-year strategic growth plan to achieve the HPM
business unit’s OIT and revenue targets and
Leverage market insights to identify disruptive opportunities in patient
monitoring, AI algorithms, and integrated care models Build and maintain governance models, including quarterly business reviews
and performance tracking, to address customer entitlements, execution
risks and
Promote cross-functional collaboration between technical, clinical, and
commercial team Cultivate relationships with strategic partners like AWS, Medidata,
academic institutions to advance algorithm development and clinical
innovation to
Drive collaboration across internal teams Develop and promote new
ecosystem offerings, including Enterprise Patient Link and advanced AI
solutions You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 1 0+ years in strategic leadership roles within healthcare, medical devices, or
related industries and
Proven track record of driving innovation and growth in complex, cross-
functional organizations Your skills include
Expertise in value-based healthcare models, digital transformation, and AI-
driven solutions You have a
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or
a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this

our culture. Philips Transparency Details Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is
$ 231,000252,000
annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes
a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found
