Job Title and Overview
Analyst II, Pricing (REMOTE) – Contract: more than 6 months – Pay: unknown.
This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in healthcare pricing, with strong skills in JD Edwards, pricing methodologies, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities
Accurately load, update, and maintain customer‑specific pricing, discounts, and contract terms in JD Edwards, ensuring compliance with approved pricing guidelines.
Execute daily and monthly pricing processes, including updates, validations, and system checks to ensure data accuracy and timely application of changes.
Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies or data issues, escalating complex cases to senior teammates or system support teams as needed.
Collaborate with the Strategic Pricing Team for guidance on pricing structure, independent accounts, GPO/IDN, Government, and OUS distributor pricing.
Prepare and deliver recurring reports and analyses (e.g., expiration reports, discrepancy credits, bulk purchase requests) with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
Support pricing process documentation, SOP updates, and compliance reviews.
Provide feedback on recurring issues or process gaps, contributing ideas for continuous improvement and efficiency.
Assist in testing and validating new system functionalities or pricing technologies under guidance from senior team members.
Maintain a customer‑service mindset, ensuring internal stakeholders receive prompt and accurate pricing support.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in pricing, systems software, or an operations‑related field, preferably within a medical device or healthcare industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
Relevant JD Edwards certification is a plus.
Combined education and/or experience will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in JD Edwards or similar ERP platforms.
Ability to travel domestically, estimated 15% travel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups) and familiarity with reporting or pricing tools.
Basic exposure to analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
Understanding of pricing structures, calculations, and methodologies.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance in data entry and validation.
Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical abilities with a focus on efficiency and process adherence.
Effective collaboration and communication skills across teams and functions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
