Quality Engineer II Ensure companycompliance with customer and internal quality requirements in a highreliability manufacturing environment. Track and assess quality performance metrics and facilitate root causeanalysis investigations. Drive processimprovements utilizing Lean/Six Sigma techniques.

Our Facility in Carson, CA is our Engineered Products Grouplocation, which houses our Human Machine Interface, Motion Control Device,Radiofrequency Departments. Job Summary Plan anddirect development, application and maintenance of quality systems andprocedures Performtrend/performance analyses and initiates root cause investigations Ensurecompliance with program/project quality requirements Developand implement inspection and test methods, techniques, equipment, andfacilities Act asprimary company interface with both suppliers and customers for qualityrelated issues Providedirection to inspectors Required Skills and Qualifications Experience working in a high reliability /aerospace manufacturing environment Ability to multi-task and manage multiplepriorities in a timely and efficient manner Excellent verbal and interactive communicationsskills with all levels of employees and management Be ableto write and review FAI reports in accordance with AS9102 Demonstratedknowledge and analytical skills for most types of inspection tools Able toread and interpret documents such as blueprints and mechanical drawingsincluding knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Abilityto develop quality standards, procedures, and train personnel in their use Familiaritywith industry quality management standards such as AS9100/ISO 9001 andtechnical standards such as J-STD-001/IPC-610 Knowledgeof statistical methods and their application Trained in Lean/Six Sigma tools and processes Required Experience and Education To perform this jobsuccessfully, an individual must posse the outlined experience level,education, training, and certifications in order to be considered. Bachelorof Science degree in Engineering (or equivalent) 5-8years professional experience in a manufacturing environment CertifiedQuality Engineer (CQE) preferred Six Sigma/Lean Green Belt certification preferred Base Compensation: USD 82,000.00 - 90,000.00 Paid Salaried
