What You’ll Do
Litigate a wide range of real estate and land use disputes, including property rights, development issues, zoning challenges, permitting matters, and environmental compliance.
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs with increasing autonomy.
Handle court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
Work closely with clients—property owners, developers, and businesses—providing practical, strategic legal guidance.
Collaborate with a seasoned team of litigators across complementary practice groups.
Who You Are
An attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience, ideally involving real estate, land use, or environmental matters.
A strong legal writer and researcher with polished advocacy skills.
Confident balancing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
A clear communicator and thoughtful negotiator.
Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar.
