Attorney (Commercial Litigation - Plaintiffs)
The client is seeking a motivated litigation attorney with 2 to 8 years of litigation experience to join our team.
About Us The client is an award-winning plaintiffs firm in Downtown Seattle with a robust litigation practice emphasizing construction defects, insurance bad faith, real estate disputes, and collections. We represent homeowners, small business owners, commercial landlords, contractors, material suppliers, and condominium and homeowner associations.
Responsibilities
Draft discovery requests and responses.
Conduct depositions.
Conduct site visits.
Draft and argue motions.
Trial preparation and support.
Attend and represent clients at mediations and arbitrations.
Attend and represent clients at trial.
Maintain accurate time records.
Requirements
Licensed to practice in Washington and in good standing in all states where the applicant is licensed.
2 to 6 years of litigation experience.
Solid academic credentials.
Excellent research and communication skills.
Desire to grow with our busy practice.
Prior experience with construction, real estate, and insurance coverage is a plus.
Litigation experience – 2 years (Required).
Washington Bar License (Required).
Seattle, WA 98101: Relocate before starting work (Required).
