We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls (EI&C) Superintendent for our Cary/Holly Springs, NC project site who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You will take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done. Most importantly, you will take action to ensure the safety, health and well‑being of your team and our planet. As a passionate leader, you will leverage your people management skills to help your team members discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward. Here’s what you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
10+ years of management experience and/or technical Electrical and Control Systems experience
Demonstrate working knowledge and comprehension of Power Distribution, Auxiliary Systems, and Control Systems
Competency in troubleshooting and diagnosing Electrical, Control Systems, and Instrumentation related issues
Prior experience managing contractors and strong background in interdisciplinary coordination
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Construction and/or Start‑up experience in Pharmaceutical Facilities
Fundamental knowledge in reviewing Electrical Drawings (Power Plans, Single Line Diagrams, Panel Schedules, Ladder Logic, Loop Drawings)

The base salary range for this position is $92,000.00 to $160,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
