Salary Range:
$92,000 – $155,000 per year (variable by experience and location).
Responsibilities
Lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site.
Ensure that the right materials, equipment, and personnel are available to complete the work.
Take action to ensure the safety, health, and well‑being of the team and the environment.
Leverage people‑management skills to help team members discover what drives them and guide them forward.
Collaborate in planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
Coordinate walk‑downs, meetings, and reviews with owners and designers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction or equivalent experience.
15 years of construction site experience.
10 years of experience as an E&I Superintendent.
Instrument calibration experience.
OSHA 30 certification.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam.
Experience facilitating and coordinating walk‑downs and meetings with owners and designers.
Safety leadership (JHA revision / daily signed‑off permits).
Commitment to quality in construction.
