Experience with AI tools or automations Strong Excel and analytical skills Prior success in contract/consulting roles Role Overview
This accountant will play a key role on a finance team of ~20 professionals. The role supports full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, month-end close tasks, and asset management. The organization is undergoing a restructure, and the individual stepping into this role will help stabilize and support updated processes and workflows. Ideal Candidate Profile
4+ years of nonprofit accounting experience Strong technical background in full-cycle accounting Confident communicator who thrives in collaborative environments Ability to quickly adapt and contribute in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting Daily Responsibilities Include
Process AP/AR transactions and prepare journal entries Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close Maintain and track fixed assets and depreciation schedules Assist senior accountants and leadership with reporting projects Support process improvements and organizational initiatives Hiring Process
