Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa specializes in high quality, customized massage or facial services at affordable prices. We make the soothing wonder of the massage or facial experience accessible to more and more people. The ownership team of the Doral and West Kendall, FL locations is seeking a Regional Sales Director to

lead sales performance and strategy within our specific geographic area, grow, manage and lead our sales teams, set goals, and ensure targets are met, while also developing and implementing sales strategies .

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Stay current with Corporate’s initiatives to develop and implement regional sales strategies, plans, and quotas aligned with overall business objectives.

Team Leadership and Management:

Develop tools and resources, as necessary, to lead, coach, and develop a team of sales managers and representatives, fostering a high-performing sales culture.

Sales Performance:

Responsible for meeting/exceeding sales budgets for each location.

Reporting and Analysis:

Leverage BI reports and in-spa observation to analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive growth.

Sales Budgeting:

Manage in-spa expenses to maximize profitability.

Hiring and Training:

Identify hiring needs, recruit and hire necessary personnel to maximize performance and sales.

Territory Development:

Manage and oversee the development of new spas/business projects within the independent ownership’s umbrella.

Job Requirements

Experience in membership sales model.

Minimum 3 years of sales management experience

Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.

Bilingual in Spanish and English
