As Director of Demand Generation, you'll lead the strategy and execution behind Litmos' new-logo pipeline engine, owning everything from campaign design and digital strategy to conversion and performance measurement. Your goal: drive measurable growth, efficient spend, and consistent marketing ROI.

You'll shape and deliver integrated marketing programs that turn awareness into engagement and engagement into pipeline – accelerating demand across every stage of the buyer journey. You bring a strategist's perspective and a builder's mindset: able to architect scalable programs while staying close enough to iterate, optimize, and innovate along the way.

You have deep expertise in modern B2B SaaS marketing, digital and paid media, and the levers that accelerate top‑ and middle‑of‑funnel performance. You know how to connect creative campaigns with data‑driven precision, balancing storytelling with metrics that matter.

You'll work closely with cross‑functional partners and a small but mighty team supporting field marketing and marketing automation. You're equally comfortable setting direction and jumping in to execute, fostering collaboration and accountability across programs and functions.

This is a highly visible, hands‑on role for someone who knows how to connect strategy with execution and can navigate complex growth plans to deliver meaningful outcomes.
