Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a strategic, influential, and results-driven Director of Channel Partnerships to own and accelerate our growth through the channel. This is a pivotal role for a leader who excels at building mutually beneficial relationships, designing winning GTM strategies with partners, and driving significant revenue through indirect sales. The ideal candidate is a master of the channel landscape within the rewards, recognition, loyalty, and gifting space. You understand how to enable partners for success, from contract signing to deal closure and beyond individually. You are equally adept at onboarding new, high‑potential partners and nurturing existing relationships to maximize their value. You will be the architect of our channel‑led growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Revenue Ownership:

Own the end‑to‑end channel strategy and carry a revenue quota of $1M driven through partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced deals.

Partner Recruitment & Onboarding:

Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new Channel Partners (resellers, influencers) with deep connections in the US R&R, loyalty, and gifting industry.

Partner Enablement & Management:

Train, enable, and align with partners on how to demo, use collateral, and position our value proposition to close deals. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partners.

Relationship Management:

Maintain strong, strategic relationships with our existing channel partners, ensuring a fantastic partner experience, smooth client onboarding, and swift resolution of any issues by liaising with internal teams (Finance, Customer Support, etc.).

Operations & Analytics:

Ensure timely and accurate calculation and disbursement of partner commissions. Track, measure, and report on partner performance and pipeline health.

Objectives & Key Results (OKR) Overview

Achieve a billed and collected $1M revenue quota attributed to the channel partner ecosystem.

Onboard 5 new high‑value Channel Partners in the first year.

Achieve a 90%+ partner satisfaction score across the existing partner portfolio.

Implement a streamlined partner operations process, reducing commission disbursement time.

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of channel sales or partnership management experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of building and scaling a partner program.

Proven, hands‑on experience recruiting, onboarding, and enabling channel partners in the US market, specifically within the rewards, loyalty, or HR tech space.

Demonstrable history of managing a multi‑million‑dollar revenue pipeline through partners.

Deep understanding of partner economics, agreement structures, and co‑selling motions.

Exceptional relationship‑building, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

Strong operational aptitude to manage commissions, reporting, and internal coordination.

“Builder” mentality with a bias for action and a focus on measurable results.
