Manager, Change Management

How you’ll make an impact
In the People and Culture function, you will advise on transformation goals, develop and execute organizational change plans, create communications assets, activate a change champion network, co‑facilitate learning sessions, and provide adoption dashboards.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a visible role model and trusted advisor translating transformation goals into a human‑centered activation plan across SiriusXM.
Develop and execute end‑to‑end organizational change management activities and plans, including impact assessments, communication strategy, training plans and feedback loops to drive readiness, adoption, engagement, improvement, and operationalizing lasting behavior change.
Create high‑impact communication assets including email campaigns, intranet content, executive updates, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, FAQ documents.
Activate and lead an enterprise cross‑functional change champion network to support internal teams in applying tools and resources and partner in capturing insights, success stories and best practices that can be shared at scale.
Co‑facilitate learning sessions and working groups with learning and development to scale adoption of the change management framework and change literacy.
Develop adoption dashboards linking readiness and engagement insights to workforce and capability planning.
What You’ll Need
5+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or organizational development with demonstrated success in driving sustainable enterprise change.
Strong stakeholder influence, storytelling, and communication capability.
Strong project management, strategy, and execution skills.
Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
Familiarity with change frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR; certification preferred.
A passion for innovation and keeping abreast of industry trends that transform businesses and create the future of work.
Management consulting know‑how: strong core consulting skills, including problem‑solving and client relationship building.
Excellent writing skills and a strong sense of voice, tone, and audience.
Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Compensation: $116,000 to $155,000 base salary, plus potential short‑ and long‑term incentives.
