ITCON Services is looking for a bright, motivated Knowledge Manager with FMCSA experience to join our team.
A Knowledge Manager is responsible for overseeing the management, organization, and distribution of an organization's knowledge assets, ensuring that information is readily accessible to the right people at the right time. They develop and implement strategies, systems, and processes to capture, store, and share knowledge effectively, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing strategies for knowledge capture, storage, and dissemination.
Building and maintaining knowledge bases, wikis, and other repositories to centralize information.
Promoting a culture of knowledge sharing through various initiatives and programs.
Creating and implementing processes for knowledge creation, review, and updates.
Working with various departments to understand their knowledge needs and implement solutions.
Training employees on knowledge management tools and processes and providing ongoing support.
Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and making adjustments as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Experience with knowledge management systems and tools.
Ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
Experience in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in relevant technologies and platforms.
