Join a high-performing industrial services team focused on expanding market reach, building strategic partnerships, and driving profitable growth across Western Ohio.

Role Overview

Develop a deep understanding of all service lines and capabilities, then work with division leaders to ensure existing and prospective customers clearly see the full value the organization provides. Drive growth by expanding relationships and securing more high‑margin opportunities within a one‑hour radius of Dayton, OH.

Lead the development of strong, win‑win alliances with channel partners, leveraging referrals and partner networks to access new customers.

Coordinate and elevate all outbound communications, ensuring current services, new offerings, and value propositions are clearly represented across digital channels, outreach efforts, and customer‑facing messaging.

Key Responsibilities Customer & CRM Management

Maintain accurate customer and prospect data in HubSpot.

Refine customer scoring, upload new leads, and support marketing and conversion tracking.

Build productive relationships with channel partners and participate in joint sales efforts.

Identify shared opportunities and expand access to new customer networks.

Engage prospects across OEMs, distributors/VARs, GCs/FM firms, and industrial end‑users.

Support quoting needs, respond to inquiries, and lead trade show and conference participation.

Messaging & Marketing

Collaborate with leadership and external partners to create impactful customer‑focused messaging.

Oversee delivery of content across social media, email, and the company website.

Ensure digital presence clearly communicates capabilities and differentiation.

Budget & Reporting

Support annual business development budget planning and ongoing reporting.

Key Metrics

Gross margin from new customers (first 24 months).

Total dollars quoted to new customers.

Number of new customers receiving a first quote.

Business development spend vs. budget.

Qualifications Experience

5–10 years in sales, business development, channel sales, or partnerships, preferably in industrial services, capital equipment, or OEM/distribution environments.

Proven success engaging new customers and winning high‑value business.

Experience with channel partnerships or industrial distribution preferred.

Comfortable engaging plant managers, integrators, and maintenance leadership.

Technical Skills

Familiarity with millwright/rigging, fabrication, or precision machining is helpful.

Understanding of OEM/distributor sales channels or facility management ecosystems is preferred.

CRM proficiency required (HubSpot or Salesforce a plus).

Experience with digital outreach, social media, slide decks, and Excel/Sheets.

Strong communication, planning, and project management skills.
