Job Description
Our Domino’s Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business. Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino’s Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality. They are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, such as cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. All policies and procedures must be followed 100% of the time, and the crew must be expected to do the same.
Responsible’s Day‑to‑Day Activities
Staffing and scheduling of crew members
Processing paperwork, managing cash and cost controls
Food management and store cleanliness
Ensuring perfect image and adherence to standards
Providing great customer service and maintaining attendance & punctuality
Marketing initiatives and profitability oversight
Qualifications • At least 18 years old • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment • Experience in management is a plus • Strong judgment, math skills, and multitasking ability.
