Job Description
Our Domino’s Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business! Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino’s Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.
Paid Training We offer a chance for professional growth through our unique Management Development Program. New managers learn everything they need to succeed; experienced managers can progress at a self‑paced and fast‑tracked rate.
Opportunities Our program allows store managers to apply for franchising opportunities. Only those who have successfully managed a store for at least a year are eligible to pursue franchise ownership, opening a path to business ownership.
Great Pay Assistant managers receive a competitive salary and are eligible for performance‑based wage increases and incentives tied to store profitability.
Responsibilities
Manage all shift activities, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Model compliance with all policies and procedures, setting the example for crew members.
Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, and adherence to brand standards.
Maintain exceptional customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Some management experience is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Judgment, math, and multitasking skills.
