Compensation This position has an hourly pay rate of $19.25 and is eligible for performance bonuses.
The compensation listed represents the base pay for this position, which is just one of the many elements of our Total Compensation package.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Manage overall store performance to meet or exceed company standards.
Coach, lead, and develop all team members, delivering training on systems, standards, account management, collections, job duties, and performance reports.
Lead local marketing initiatives, business‑to‑business partnerships, referral programs, community events, and in‑store events to drive growth and revenue.
Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and related transactions, assessing risk within established limits.
Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws. Participate in audits and compliance reviews as directed.
Supervise office security, cash management, and loss prevention; document overages/shortages, vaults, inventories, deposits, and expenses.
Conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train staff in keyholder duties.
Participate in the hiring, review, and retention of new employees.
Develop work schedules per budget, workload, and store needs, ensuring optimal staffing.
Handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism.
Maintain store appearance and facility needs; schedule maintenance, oversee planogram, and display seasonal/promotional materials.
Perform tasks outside the office when applicable (e.g., on‑site vehicle appraisals, store errands, external marketing).
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment, handling multiple tasks to meet performance standards.
Maintain a full‑time schedule with regular in‑person attendance, including weekends (minimum 40 hrs per week).
Store hours may change at the Company’s discretion.
Qualifications And Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two years’ experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
Operations leadership experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency using phones, point‑of‑sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant systems.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for workday use (mileage compensated).
Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
Background check required; all checks are conducted in accordance with applicable law.
Ability to meet physical demands: standing 90% of the time, moving/transporting up to 25 lbs, operating mechanical controls such as keyboards.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
Associate’s degree or higher.
Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
