Recruiting Manager/Delivery Manager at SSI People with IT Recruiting expertise Position Overview
We’re looking for a finance professional to support our technology and product-focused teams. This role suits someone with strong experience in purchase-to-pay processes, operational finance or accounting, and a solid grasp of key accounting fundamentals (such as CapEx vs. OpEx, accruals, and prepaids). You’ll thrive here if you enjoy fast-moving environments and working across multiple functions.
What You’ll Do
Support the effectiveness of our finance procurement operations and the systems used by our product and technology groups.
Oversee month-end accrual activities, ensuring timelines are met and variances are clearly explained.
Manage a variety of finance operations including supplier onboarding, contract review, purchase order creation, change requests, invoice review, and vendor relationships.
Ensure expenses are coded accurately to support meaningful reporting, budget tracking, and early visibility into deviations.
Monitor invoice patterns and collaborate with AP to reduce manual, non-PO, and non-automated invoices.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead efforts to streamline and automate financial and payment workflows.
Contribute to special projects and additional responsibilities that support broader organizational goals.
What We’re Looking For
Comfort working with high transaction volumes in a quick-moving environment.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail in financial entries and documentation.
Deep understanding of procurement, P2P processes, and purchase order workflows.
Solid grasp of core accounting concepts (CapEx vs. OpEx, accruals, prepaids).
Ability to respond quickly to time-sensitive or late-breaking business needs.
Experience working with teams across multiple regions or time zones.
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
3+ years of finance or accounting experience, including work that impacts the general ledger.
Familiarity with tools such as Workday Financials or Tableau is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
