General Manager - Spa

Key Qualifications
3+ years of management experience; spa, salon, fitness, or hospitality background preferred
3+ years of sales experience with proven results (membership and retail sales a plus)
Goal‑oriented leader with strong coaching, motivation, and accountability skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and client‑facing)
Calm under pressure with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills
Tech‑savvy; knowledge of Zenoti or other booking/retail systems is a plus
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Core Responsibilities
Lead and develop Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Leads, and Sales Associates
Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve customer service challenges
Manage day‑to‑day spa operations, scheduling, inventory, and supply ordering
Drive membership, retail, and gift card sales through team motivation and coaching
Oversee staff recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
Manage appointment book optimization to maximize revenue and therapist productivity
Ensure spa cleanliness, organization, and brand‑standard compliance
Maintain accurate data entry, employee documentation, and administrative reporting
Support marketing efforts, including promotions, social media, and community outreach (4 events per year)
