Job Title: Sr. Project Manager - Advanced - Product

Role Overview As we expand, we are looking for a seasoned Sr. Project Manager-Product who can hit the ground running, manage multiple client and partner projects and workstreams, own the business outcome, and deliver results with precision and accountability. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of high visibility, high impact, client projects across a portfolio of clients and partners.
Define scope, success criteria, schedules, and dependencies with product and engineering.
Identify delivery risks and remove blockers fast.
Develop, manage, and track detailed technical project deliverables, budgets, and forecasts.
Work autonomously to plan, drive, and execute multiple projects and workstreams.
Build and manage strong client relationships; serve as the primary point of contact throughout project lifecycles.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including contractors, clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies.
Track scope changes and elevate timeline and risk impacts early; provide regular updates on performance to leadership and clients.
Contribute to internal process improvements as the company scales.
Standardize delivery routines across the product team. Build repeatable execution patterns.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in professional services or consulting project management with a focus on technical projects and execution.
Proven ability to deliver fast-paced, dynamic technical projects with enterprise clients and partners.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Experience working independently and driving results in a high-growth or startup environment.
Experience leading projects that have anywhere from 5-15 team members.
Hands‑on expertise with project management tools and agile and waterfall methodologies.
Strong technical communication and experience supporting architecture and platform teams.
Skilled in schedules, dependencies, integration risks, and cross‑team execution.
Delivers clear, concise status and escalation paths.
Hands on experience in Agile delivery environments with Jira or similar tools.
PMP or equivalent skill level.
Additional Information
You must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Hours are flexible, but availability during core business hours (Eastern) is expected.
Requires travel of up to 10%.
