Regional Workplace Manager, Samsung Semiconductor (San Jose, CA)
Location: Daily onsite presence at our San Jose office in alignment with our Flexible Work policy.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned offices, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and a high standard of workplace experience.
When services are managed or the responsibility of the landlord or property manager, assume responsibility for communication and coordination to accomplish service and resolution.
Have experience in workplace operations in leased office properties, including landlord coordination, space utilization, and employee support.
Partner with local office leadership and teams to provide outstanding customer service and address workplace needs.
Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders across all regional offices.
Ensure compliance with company workplace standards, policies, and safety requirements.
Oversee initiatives to enhance employee well‑being and satisfaction within the workplace, such as organizing events, managing amenities, and gathering feedback.
Devise and execute strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and employee experience.
Oversee the delivery of services with a detailed focus on quality, cost, and timeliness.
Understand the local team’s business strategies and priorities to translate them to workplace requirements that directly support the business, delivering necessary space and services proactively.
Build and maintain meaningful business relationships with leadership and key stakeholders.
Foster open communication channels, addressing employee concerns, and facilitating collaboration between teams.
Support development and management of the operating and capital budget.
Provide daily operations support in expense tracking, invoice payments, creation of budget requests, purchase requests & purchase orders, PUMIs, and all other financial functions.
Conduct periodic meetings with 3rd party service providers to discuss and verify all operational updates.
Work collaboratively with management, procurement, and legal departments for approval of the new or revised contracts.
Proactively identify and recommend best practices and processes.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, facility, communications, or project/event management‑related field with 5‑10+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Project Management experience preferred.
Familiarity with hospitality, real estate, construction, operations, facilities, and office services functions, with direct experience in a food and beverage and event planning or customer service department preferred.
Ability to learn internal systems.
Critical thinker who proactively identifies issues and proposes solutions.
Works well under pressure and within time constraints in a fast‑paced environment.
Capable of multitasking with attention to detail.
Able to build relationships with internal and external customers, including executives.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

What We Offer Base Pay Range: $137,375—$212,625 USD. Individual pay rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location, as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training.
