Job Summary As the Control Tower Coordinator, you will play a critical part in the tactical execution of the 4PL solution by planning transportation, monitoring exceptions, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. This role provides the opportunity to make a clear impact on BridgeNet’s success through its importance as the first line of defense for transportation execution.
Essential Functions
Execute transport, load, and consolidation planning
Execute 3PL selection and booking process
Proactively identify and address any transport related exceptions
Act as the point of contact for transport related communication with vendors, 4PL customer, and 3PL’s
Provide solutions to shipment specific questions and inquiries
Monitor and follow up on non-compliant or missing communication events
Execute the spot quote process to obtain competitive and timely quotations for the customer
Act as the point of contact for cargo claims on behalf of the client and manage the claims process
Other functions as assigned

Education
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3‑5 years of transportation analyst experience
Demonstration of business acumen required
Knowledge and Skills Desirable but Not Essential
Industry experience
Sound understanding of a service organization
International business experience
Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal
Travel/Meeting Requirements
Travel is expected to be less than 5%
Meetings and conference calls may be required outside of normal business hours to allow for global participation.
