Pay range: USD $70,000 – $92,000 Yearly. Base pay will be determined based on location, skills and experience.

The Team The Portfolio Management team ensures alignment with Global Product Brand Teams through regional planning functions and commercial organizations. The portfolio analyst will be a critical member, assessing business metrics, identifying patterns, and providing insights to positively influence the business portfolio.

The Opportunity The Portfolio analyst will work in the global organization as an agent of change, supporting the implementation of new processes and agreed metrics.

Responsibilities

Create the presentation decks and all supporting documents for the Portfolio Management Review sessions, pulling together the material for the meeting and identifying any issues that might require resolution.

Partner with teams to understand the business challenges or opportunities and help drive alignment across the teams.

Lead strategic project initiatives related to Portfolio Management process improvements within the S&OP function.

Partner with Supply Chain Analytics team to drive use & understanding of reporting, support validation, user testing of new dashboards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.

2‑3 years’ experience in product development or supply chain, preferably in a consumer products industry.

Highly proficient in PowerPoint; able to build presentation decks.

Advanced Excel skills including modeling, pivot tables & managing large sets of data.

Some proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, e.g., Tableau or comparable.

Critical thinker with strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work effectively, build trust and influence the actions of others.

Ability to provide insightful analyses across the Brand Portfolio and translate them into actionable metrics.

Demonstrated growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving oneself.
