Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Performance Management

Develop long‑ and short‑term strategies to achieve world‑class performance in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.

Oversee execution of improvement plans, monitor KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership.

Identify and share best practices across aseptic facilities to accelerate performance gains.

Quality & Food Safety

Partner with Corporate Quality to design and enhance food safety and quality systems specific to low‑acid aseptic beverages.

Ensure adherence to regulatory and customer requirements while advancing industry‑leading standards.

Cost Optimization & Financial Stewardship

Monitor trends in plant‑controlled costs including labor, MRO, utilities, and scrap.

Develop strategies to optimize year‑over‑year spend and establish best‑in‑class benchmarks.

Support aseptic plants in applying learnings to reduce costs and improve financial performance.

Technology, Engineering & Capital Projects

Collaborate with technical engineering teams to evaluate emerging technologies and identify operational improvements.

Provide guidance on CAPEX evaluations to ensure strategic, cost‑effective investment decisions.

Executive Partnership & Cross‑Functional Influence

Serve as a proxy for the VP of Aseptic Manufacturing & Engineering in meetings, summits, and plant visits as needed.

Act as a primary liaison for cross‑functional workstreams to improve alignment, communication, and project execution.

Talent Development

Mentor high‑potential leaders within Beverage Engineering and Manufacturing to support organizational growth and succession planning.

Travel & Location

May initially be required to relocate to the flagship low‑acid aseptic facility in Temple, TX.

As aseptic operations expand, this role will transition into a travel‑focused position, with approximately 40% travel expected to support all aseptic sites.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

10+ Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment

6 Years – Experience in Position

10+ Years – Experience managing people/projects

Experience may include a combination of work experience and education

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Process Engineering

Computer literate with proficiency in, but not limited to: Microsoft Office Applications, Visio, Oracle Business Systems, smart sheet etc.

Detail‑Oriented with Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills

Knowledge of product, water and microbiological analysis methods, laboratory systems and beverage sanitation practices

Demonstrated ability to use data for creative problem solving.

Experience using statistical software packages.

10+ Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment

10+ Years – Experience working in Position

10+ Years – Experience managing people/projects

Experience may include a combination of work experience and education

Typical Compensation Range Pay Rate Type: Salary – $204,900.22 - $286,860.32 / Yearly

Bonus Target: 30% Annual
