We are now assembling a world-class founding team to scale our model, secure a $12M seed round, and build the infrastructure powering the next decade of AI-driven commerce.

Role Overview We’re hiring a

Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

to lead capital markets strategy, enterprise partnerships, and deep-tech positioning for CapsuleGraph-1.

This is a

founding executive role

— working closely with the Founder/CTO and Co-Founder/CEO.

You will be responsible for:

Structuring and executing CapsuleGraph’s

$12M seed round

Driving investor relations with top-tier AI VCs

Building high-quality enterprise partnerships

Positioning CapsuleGraph as the

definitive AI commerce infrastructure layer

Your work will directly influence our ability to scale models, onboard compute partners, and build global distribution for CapsuleGraph-1.

This role is for a

top 1% strategic operator

with deep experience in AI fundraising, enterprise strategy, and early-stage hypergrowth.

What You Will Own:

Capital Markets & Fundraising Strategy

Lead the planning, execution, and close of CapsuleGraph’s

$12M seed round

Develop top-tier relationships with AI investors (a16z, Sequoia, Lightspeed, Index, DCVC, OpenAI Startup Fund, etc.)

Refine financial models, capital allocation, and investor messaging

Build and manage the full investor pipeline

Prepare the founder for high-stakes investor meetings

Maintain momentum, urgency, and clarity across the entire fundraising cycle

Strategic Partnerships (Enterprise & Ecosystem)

Identify and secure partnerships across commerce, infrastructure, and AI ecosystems

Lead conversations with Shopify, Stripe, Google Cloud, AWS AI, Nvidia, and LLM ecosystem players

Build early adoption pathways for licensing CapsuleGraph-1 modules

Secure distribution channels that create defensibility and scale

Corporate Strategy & Market Positioning

Shape the long-term strategic roadmap of CapsuleGraph-1

Own market positioning in the AI infrastructure landscape

Develop deep-tech narratives that communicate our defensibility

Oversee competitive intelligence and strategic differentiation

Advise on go-to-market for enterprise licensing and platform integrations

Founder Enablement & Executive Leadership

Act as a key thought partner to the Founder/CTO and CEO

Support with high-stakes presentations, technical explanations, and investor education

Represent CapsuleGraph at conferences, investor summits, and enterprise meetings

Maintain a high bar for communication, clarity, and strategic decision-making

What Makes You a Great FitMust-Have Experience ✔ Raised

$10M+ rounds

(seed/Series A or beyond) at a deep-tech, AI, or enterprise startup

✔ Strong personal network of

top-tier VC partners

✔ Background in AI, LLMs, infrastructure, or enterprise technology

✔ Experience crafting fundraising narratives and investor decks

✔ Track record developing major enterprise partnerships

✔ Exceptional communication (spoken + written)

✔ Able to speak fluently about multimodal AI, computer vision, graph systems, and defensibility

Bonus Experience

Worked at a major AI company (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, Meta AI)

Held a strategy, partnerships, or capital role at an enterprise company

Experience in commerce, marketplaces, or infrastructure

PR/Media experience for founder visibility

Technical familiarity with model architectures or embeddings

Ideal Background Profiles We’re especially interested in people who have served as:

VP Strategy / Head of Strategy at AI or deep-tech startups

Head of Capital Markets / Investor Relations at tech companies

COO, CSO, or Chief of Staff at fast-growth Series A–C companies

Former VC who wants to join a founding team

Ex-Stripe, Shopify, Nvidia, AWS, Google Cloud strategic leaders
