As we prepare for global scale, we are seeking a
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
to join our
founding leadership team , a proven SaaS operator who can turn vision into execution, drive investor and partner alignment, and scale enterprise operations globally.
The Role You’ll act as a strategic counterpart to the CEO, leading the operational engine that drives growth, partnerships, and execution.
You’ll bring deep expertise in
enterprise SaaS ,
fundraising , and
global GTM expansion , while ensuring operational excellence across every function, from sales and partnerships to delivery and customer success.
What You’ll Lead
Investor & Capital Strategy:
Drive investor relations and fundraising alongside the CEO, aligning capital with growth milestones through Seed–Series B.
Enterprise Growth:
Lead go‑to‑market execution, converting flagship pilots into multi‑year enterprise contracts.
Strategic Partnerships:
Build and scale alliances with ecosystem leaders—Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and others—turning partnerships into distribution channels.
Operational Leadership:
Oversee business development, delivery, and customer success, ensuring measurable ROI and retention across regulated enterprises.
Cross‑Functional Scaling:
Build scalable systems, KPIs, and teams to support sustainable ARR growth.
Founding Leadership:
Collaborate with the CEO and CTO to align technical innovation with commercial expansion.
Ideal Background
Proven track record scaling
enterprise SaaS or AI platforms
from early stage to multi‑market growth.
Deep experience in
investor relations ,
fundraising , and
capital deployment
through Seed–Series B.
Background in
strategic partnerships
and
enterprise alliances
with major ecosystem players (Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow).
Strong understanding of
regulated industries
such as finance, healthcare, insurance and enterprise procurement.
Operational excellence across GTM, customer success, and delivery.
Demonstrated ability to build cross‑functional teams and drive measurable ARR growth.
