Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with senior‑level clients and communicate effectively across multiple organizations. Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to board‑level, executive‑level, and industry‑expert audiences on a range of topics. Contribute to firm‑building activities, including training, recruiting, alumni engagement, community outreach, and other client‑and‑firm initiatives. Act as a mentor and role model for consultants, support professionals, and partners, embodying firm values internally and externally. Negotiate project and program pricing to achieve sufficient profitability. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range:
$300,000 – $400,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based incentives may be available.
