The research activity involves the development and characterization of superconducting single-photon detectors integrated into waveguides. In particular, it will be necessary to characterize the detectors and measure their properties with both classical, laser-type, and quantum light sources. The activity will be purely experimental in Prof. Lobino's quantum photonics laboratory.
