Corporate Associate Attorney
with 3–6 years of experience to join its San Francisco office. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a high‑performing, collaborative corporate practice.
Key Responsibilities
Support complex corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and financings.
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements.
Conduct due diligence and prepare summary reports.
Advise clients on general corporate matters and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with partners, associates, and staff to deliver outstanding client service.
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school.
Admission to the California Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
2–6 years of corporate experience, ideally in M&A, securities, or general corporate work.
Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment.
