Position Description The Director of Supply Chain Operations & Customer Execution leads all day‑to‑day supply chain execution activities at DrinkPack, ensuring seamless procurement, effective customer communication, efficient vendor management, and optimal logistics performance. This role drives world‑class service, resiliency, and cost management while building strong external relationships with customers and suppliers. The leader ensures materials, information, and finished products flow seamlessly to meet customer commitments and business objectives. This role is a Customer‑ and Vendor‑Facing Execution Leader.
Location The position is based at DrinkPack’s headquarters in Santa Clarita, California.

Responsibilities
Oversee procurement of raw materials, packaging and indirect goods.
Lead supplier contract management, compliance and risk mitigation (including ESG, diversification and audit requirements).
Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ensure accuracy of order execution.
Direct Brand/Customer Management teams to drive proactive communication, OTIF service and best‑in‑class customer satisfaction.
Develop and optimize transportation strategies while managing carrier partnerships.
Lead rapid resolution of material shortages, logistics delays and critical execution issues.
Build, mentor and retain high‑performing Procurement, Brand/Customer Management and Logistics teams.
Partner with the Strategy & Innovation leader to align processes, integrate systems and drive cross‑functional standardization.
Embed resiliency practices across the supply chain, ensuring continuity during disruptions.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent education and work experience.
Minimum of 5‑7 years in a manufacturing/supply chain/customer service environment; 7+ years preferred.
Analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (MS Excel, Tableau, PowerBI).
Familiarity with an ERP or inventory management system is a plus.
Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Strong project management, time management and organizational skills.
Detail‑oriented and able to problem‑solve and cross‑check documentation.
