Director of Operations – Alternative Investments This individual will be responsible for both client-facing support and technical operations within the alternative investment platform. This leader will oversee the team, ensuring seamless fund launches, operational excellence, and exceptional client experiences to drive process improvements, foster cross‑functional collaboration, and serve as the escalation point for complex issues. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who can balance strategic oversight with day‑to‑day operational demands. Lead Operations across the pre‑ and post‑trade alternative investment lifecycle, including fund configuration.

Responsibilities Oversee the activation and support of alternative investment funds from launch to ongoing portfolio management.

Ensure operational excellence and exceptional client experiences across the platform.

Drive process improvements and foster cross‑functional collaboration.

Serve as the escalation point for complex operational issues.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in alternative investment operations from Financial Services.

Proven track record in leading and developing operational teams.

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.

Only candidates coming from banks, alternative investment firms, or fund administrators will be considered.

Compensation Base pay: $200,000 – $250,000 per year.

Additional compensation: Annual bonus and RSUs.

Location Salt Lake City, Utah (on site).
