Context & Core Responsibilities

Lead Manufacturing and Operations

across multiple production sites in Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with regional strategic goals and operational excellence.

Execute the regional Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy

, with a strong focus on achieving KPIs related to cost, quality, delivery, and service.

Oversee end-to-end production and plant operations

, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Provide strategic and hands‑on leadership

to cross‑functional teams across multiple countries, driving collaboration and high performance.

Establish and embed a Continuous Improvement culture

, with a strong emphasis on cost optimization and operational efficiency.

Streamline manufacturing and logistics processes

to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Ensure effective inventory management

across the region, including demand planning, stock optimization, damage reduction, and minimizing downtime.

Lead infrastructure and production optimization projects

, including capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and execution.

Manage regional procurement activities

, in close coordination with global purchasing teams to ensure alignment and cost-effectiveness.

Champion Operational Excellence initiatives

across the Southeast Asia sub-region.

Develop and implement order consolidation and production allocation strategies

to optimize resource utilization.

Build and strengthen the SCM function and capabilities

across Southeast Asia, including talent development and process standardization.

Define and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

for operations across the region to ensure consistent performance and accountability.

What do You bring as "Head of Operations and Supply Chain, South East Asia"

Proven experience

managing multi‑site, cross‑border manufacturing operations, with strong stakeholder management skills at both regional and global levels. Please note: Applications without multi‑country, multi‑site leadership and stakeholder engagement experience will not be considered.

Tertiary qualification

, preferably in Engineering or a related technical field.

Minimum 10 years of comprehensive experience

across Logistics, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Production, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Demonstrated experience in strategic initiatives , including Lean, Continuous Improvement, and process optimization.

International exposure

and the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, cross‑functional environment.
