Senior Operations Manager - Future Center Director
We are looking for a
Senior Operations Manager
with strong leadership experience in luxury hospitality or wellness to join our AIRE Tribeca center.
This role includes a
6-10 month operational immersion and leadership development program
designed to prepare you to become the
Director of an AIRE Center . During this period, you will gain deep knowledge of our operational model, client experience philosophy, team leadership approach, and business performance levers.
After the immersion phase, you will transition into the
Center Director role
in a designated AIRE location.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, ensuring flawless execution and a seamless guest journey aligned with AIRE’s standards.
Lead department managers to drive exceptional service, productivity, and operational consistency.
Monitor key operational metrics (occupancy, guest satisfaction, service quality) and drive continuous improvement.
People Leadership & Culture
Inspire, develop, and coach teams to maintain a culture of excellence, care, and accountability.
Ensure managers conduct regular feedback and performance conversations with their teams.
Partner with HR to attract, train, and retain top talent across all operational areas.
Financial & Business Management
Collaborate with the Center Director in monitoring the P&L, gaining exposure to financial decision‑making and business performance management.
Support cost control, budgeting, and purchasing processes with rigor and attention to detail.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and contribute to profitability goals.
Maintenance & Facilities Oversight
Ensure proper maintenance and performance of all facilities and equipment, maintaining AIRE’s quality standards.
Support procurement and supplier coordination to guarantee timely, efficient, and cost‑effective operations.
Brand & Client Experience
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every detail of the experience reflects AIRE’s philosophy and excellence standards.
Address client feedback and incidents with professionalism, ensuring full satisfaction.
Collaborate with HQ and local teams to elevate the guest experience and implement best practices.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of experience
as Center Director / General Manager / Spa Director in luxury hospitality, fitness, wellness, F&B, or premium service environments.
Available to relocate to an AIRE location.
Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality management, tourism, or business preferred.
Proven experience leading multi‑department operations with teams of 40–80+ employees through department managers.
Experience managing or co‑managing P&L, budgets, and cost structures.
Experience overseeing complex service operations and driving high standards of client experience.
Excellent creative thinking skills and the ability to make urgent and effective decisions.
Punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling according to business needs.
Outstanding customer service mentality.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
