Senior Product Line Manager
to own and grow a flagship
RF Interconnects
product line. In this high-impact role, you’ll define and execute strategy, lead a talented product team, and bring innovative new products to market. This is a hybrid role that does require some traveling.
Base Pay Range $155,000.00/yr - $178,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a team of product managers and specialists.
Own product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle from concept to launch.
Build and strengthen supplier partnerships to accelerate growth.
Drive new product introductions and a robust release pipeline.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing to win in the marketplace.
Deliver commercial results through smart pricing, negotiation, and financial analysis.

What You Bring to the Table
Knowledge and experience found in 10+ years of Product Management experience in RF Interconnects or related markets.
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
Deep technical expertise paired with proven commercial success.
Strong track record of executing product roadmaps and delivering results.
