Base Pay Range $160,000 – $180,000 per year

Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and experienced permanent Senior RF Product Line Manager to lead the strategic direction and tactical execution of an RF and RF interconnects product line.

The role is critical to driving growth and profitability of the RF portfolio and involves end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, including product strategy, planning, supply‑chain management, and private‑labeling.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the RF product line strategy, aligning with company objectives.

Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning to execution, including introduction, growth, maturity and end of life.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—sales, marketing, engineering and operations—to ensure successful product launches and ongoing performance.

Drive RF supply‑chain strategy to ensure availability and cost‑effectiveness.

Develop and manage private‑labeling initiatives to expand market reach and increase profitability.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.

Lead and mentor a team of product managers and specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Establish and manage KPIs to measure product performance and success.

Foster strong B2B relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 5 years of product management experience in the RF electronics industry.

Demonstrated expertise in product strategy, planning and lifecycle management.

Strong leadership skills with proven ability to mentor a team.

Solid knowledge of RF supply chain and private‑labeling.

Strong understanding of B2B environments and relationship building.

Excellent analytical skills for market data and trend analysis.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical concepts.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
