I am seeking a driven and experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead local market growth and oversee a team of loan officers. This role is responsible for developing key business initiatives, building strong community relationships, and coaching loan officers to achieve high production levels.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, train, and manage loan officers.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans in partnership with FCB/FNBT marketing teams.
Mentor loan officers in business development across realtor/builder channels, bank branches, and personal networks.
Establish loan officer territories and oversee adherence to monthly marketing budgets.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting.
Lead weekly sales meetings and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.
Build and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and banking staff.
Travel to home office and branch locations as needed.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in mortgage sales or loan officer management.
Strong understanding of mortgage operations, business development, and market growth strategies.
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze results and develop actionable recommendations.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Operate a computer and standard office equipment.
Lift up to 25 pounds.
