Next Gen Mortgage is actively seeking experienced, licensed Mortgage Loan Officers to join our team as we manage a high volume of inbound business. We currently have an overwhelming number of company-generated leads from Zillow and Realtor.com, along with established relationships with over three hundred real estate agents across New England that require dedicated loan officer support.
This opportunity is designed exclusively for professionals with an active NMLS license who are ready to originate immediately. You will work directly with qualified homebuyers, support purchase transactions, and provide a high level of service to both clients and referring partners.
Next Gen Mortgage provides the tools, technology, operational support, and lead flow needed to help loan officers scale efficiently. Responsibilities
Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements
Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines
Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals
Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them
Qualifications
Office Suite knowledge and loan originating software such as Calyx, Experian, or LendingWise preferred
Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies
Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
Exceptional decision‑making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required
Compensation $80,000 - $110,000 at plan earnings
