Job Description Functional expertise for Intelligence Community Procurement policy-supporting the Acquisition, Procurement & Facilities Procurement Office.

Specific support to enhance procurement and contracting performance.

Influences development of solutions that impact strategic project/program/family goals and business results.

Recommends and implements new solutions, processes, policies, and standards in support of functions strategy and operations.

Handles complex problems that typically impact multiple areas or disciplines.

Provides measurable input to new solutions, processes, or standards to achieve functional/project objectives.

Has expert knowledge of industry practices, advanced techniques, and solutions within a professional discipline to develop new standards, processes, and solutions.

Serves as a subject matter expert across Leidos.

Responsibilities

We are seeking skilled policy procurement professionals with in-depth knowledge of the Intelligence Community. Provide procurement policy support to the Sponsor on a range of topics, producing highly technical or specialized products and giving briefings for a wide range of customers.

Basic Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Requires a BA degree and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience, or a Masters with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience.

Deep experience with procurement policy and contracting.

Detailed knowledge of the range of contract types, contracting vehicles, and authorities.

Experience with the Intelligence Community Procurement Activities.

Experience with writing and briefing.

Knowledge of intelligence priority topics and supporting intelligence information needs.

Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $101,400.00 - $183,300.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, market data, and applicable agreements.
