Base pay range $131,200.00/yr – $229,600.00/yr
Role Overview GEICO’s Billing Product team seeks an accomplished, customer‑obsessed and results‑oriented Senior Product Manager. You will work cross‑functionally to define and deliver the billing roadmap from conception to launch, modernize our experience, and leapfrog the competition to grow and maintain market share.
Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional teams that drive results during product discovery and product delivery.
Own and prioritize the long‑term (6+ months) product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes, ensuring that all the right resources are aligned. \>Partner closely with user research, design, and engineering to define product requirements from discovery through launch. Leverage modern architecture and great design to identify problem‑solution fit.
Evaluate trade‑offs and negotiate requirements.
Creating and using compelling, informative artifacts to influence stakeholders (e.g., Vision, Roadmaps, Features/Epics, Progress Updates).
Understanding current and future state architecture.
Identify and measure KPIs, adjusting the roadmap as data dictates.
Run experiments within an enterprise A/B testing & experimentation framework on complex web & mobile applications.
Basic Qualifications
Master’s Degree.
At least 10 years of experience in Product Management.
At least 5 years of experience translating epics into consumer or associate‑facing products.
At least 5 years of billing or payments industry experience.
At least 5 years of experience managing all aspects of a product feature throughout its lifecycle from concept to delivery.
At least 3 years of A/B testing consumer‑facing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving product vision, go‑to‑market strategy, and design discussions.
Experience managing day‑to‑day technical and design direction.
Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing.
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Insurance or fintech industry experience preferred.
High sense of accountability and strong problem‑solving skills.
Master’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering, computer science, or engineering management.
