Junior SEC Reporting/Technical Accounting Analyst

Base pay range $70.00/hr - $70.00/hr
Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statement footnotes and disclosures in accordance with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements
Draft technical accounting documentation to support complex issues, new standards, and non-routine transactions
Perform consistency and accuracy checks across all sections of financial reports
Coordinate the preparation and submission of periodic external reports
Support internal and external audits by preparing supporting documentation and responding to audit requests
Requirements
5+ years of experience in financial reporting, including preparation and review of disclosures
Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
Experience drafting technical documentation for complex accounting matters
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
