Our client, a leading innovator in the technology and engineering sector, is seeking a Lab Readiness Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As part of the Engineering Operations Department, you will support NPI development and lab infrastructure initiatives.

Pay Range:
$85,000+ per year
Responsibilities
Drive end‑to‑end lab readiness efforts in support of custom NPI programs and HACK initiatives.
Manage lab buildout schedules, equipment installation, and infrastructure readiness to support NPI development and testing.
Partner with engineering, facilities, safety and operations teams to ensure lab environments are compliant, functional and aligned with program needs.
Track readiness metrics, dependencies and blockers; provide timely updates to NPI PMs and leadership.
Coordinate allocation of lab resources, including tools, benches, network setups and environmental controls.
Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience in a hardware, lab or engineering operations environment.
Proven experience managing facility buildouts, lab readiness or NPI infrastructure.
Strong understanding of NPI development lifecycles, engineering workflows and lab operations.
Exceptional communication, organization and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced, highly technical environment.
