What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Identify, research, and scope innovative Benefit Solutions initiatives for in-force Long-Term Care (LTC) blocks of business
Develop actuarial models and perform in-depth analysis to craft recommendations for senior management
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive development of recommendations
Develop tools and processes to understand policyholder behavior and drive engagement
Maintain and enhance actuarial models and tools for in-force management initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
BA/BS Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields with technical coursework
Associate designation from the Society of Actuaries
Career aspirations to attain Fellowship designation from the Society of Actuaries
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Prior Long-Term Care insurance experience
Significant modeling experience, preferably with AXIS
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SAS, or R
Experience with data visualization software like Spotfire or PowerBI
