Dispatch Lead – Transdev North America, Oakland, CA
We are looking for a Dispatch Team Lead to manage a team of dispatchers and support the supervisor in daily service performance. The role focuses on team leadership, operational efficiency, and delivering high‑quality results while driving safety and continuous improvement.
Compensation
Minimum $25.50 per hour ($53,040 annually)
Maximum $27.95 per hour ($58,136 annually)
Benefits
Vacation: minimum 2 weeks
Paid time off: up to 4 days

Key Responsibilities
Assist with execution of daily operations plans to align with client specifications.
Lead, train, and supervise on‑site workforce to meet daily operational goals.
Maintain confidentiality handling sensitive operational and personnel matters.
Coordinate team briefings and updates.
Support leadership with task management, mission assignments, meetings, and stakeholder communication.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Use data‑driven decision‑making to improve processes and service delivery.
Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2‑3 years of dispatching experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Subject to DOT drug testing and a physical examination when applicable.
Physical Requirements
Work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
Long periods sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
Work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings.
Drug‑Free Workplace
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
