We are a globally active, modern family-owned SME in packaging technology based in Meisterschwanden (AG) and offer customized complete solutions for end-of-line packaging and transport security.

Determining production and operational requirements using our ERP system
Requesting and negotiating quotations with suppliers
Monitoring inventory levels and stock transactions
Tracking deadlines and costs related to purchase orders
Managing prices and contractual terms
Managing inventory in accordance with our procurement principles
Reviewing and maintaining master data and planning data
Continuous improvement of workflows in line with our Lean philosophy
Your expertise
Completed commercial or technical basic education, as well as further training as a Certified Purchasing Specialist (federal diploma)
At least 3 years of experience in purchasing and in a comparable role
Solid knowledge of ERP systems and confident use of MS Office
Experience in negotiating with suppliers and preparing contracts
Analytical thinking with a strong strategic orientation
Excellent German and good English skills
A team player with a high degree of responsibility, strong communication skills, and a proactive, independent working style
