Troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions on machines and systems throughout Switzerland
Performing service, repair, and maintenance work
Assembling and commissioning machines and systems on-site at customer locations
Testing consumables at customer sites in collaboration with the sales team
Conducting customer training sessions and machine demonstrations
Providing technical support to our internal service team
Occasional weekend, evening, and international assignments as well as on-call duties by arrangement
Your expertise
Completed vocational training as an automation technician, mechatronics technician, electrician, or electronics technician with mechanical knowledge
Excellent command of German; additional languages are an advantage
Basic knowledge of PLC systems, sensors, signal transmission, network connections, etc.
Strong analytical and technical understanding with a logical and structured approach
Category B driving license
Confident, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor
Enjoyment of daily personal interaction with customers
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Hands-on mentality combined with strong interpersonal skills
