About the Role

We’re looking for a

Product Availability Analyst

to join our dynamic team and help ensure our products are always where they need to be—on time, in stock, and ready to go.

What You’ll Do

Monitor daily system messages and reports to identify intercompany transfer and purchase goods needs.

Process and manage daily orders and transfers to keep inventory flowing.

Communicate requirements across departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and obsolescence.

Develop and present key metrics using Power BI to support our S&OP process.

Collaborate with the Planning Group on system setups and product/package transitions.

Contribute to cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Analytical & Detail‑Oriented:

You love digging into data and finding patterns.

Tech‑Savvy:

Comfortable with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems, and proficient in Excel.

Organized & Efficient:

You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

A Strong Communicator:

You’re proactive, personable, and clear in your communication.

A Self‑Starter:

You take initiative and work well independently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or a related analytical field.

Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Strong math, data entry, and time management skills.

Bonus points for prior supply chain experience!
