Handling and directing all incoming customer queries, requests, and complaints.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of company products and services to offer feasible solutions and spot selling opportunities.
Establishing and nurturing constructive relationships with stakeholders and key accounts.
Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and recommend suitable company products/services.
Developing innovative programs or incentives to maintain customer loyalty and increase customer retention.
Spearheading communication with customers via multiple channels like emails, telephones, face‑to‑face meetings, and digital media platforms.
Tracking and updating customer records in the company database, including notes about interactions.
Preparing comprehensive reports on customer service metrics and suggesting improvements.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
2-3 years of experience in customer service or a customer‑facing environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
Ability to manage stressful situations tactfully and remain patient at all times.
Proficient in using CRM software and other standard office applications.
Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, or on holidays when necessary.
